Bent out of shape with Desert Companion

Thanks to everyone who came out to Desert Companion on Tour Feb. 23, featuring Cheryl Slader of Blue Sky Yoga in the Arts Factory. Cheryl shared the story of her personal journey to practicing yoga, which took from her Strip showgirl to yoga instructor, and shared insights, tips and encouragement. Then, we walked the talk as Cheryl took the audience through a brief but rigorous yoga regimen. We earned those muffins and danishes afterwards. Check out the photos here.
